1. Why we process personal information

PrepBag, provided by Gogukong, is used on your device without an account. Bags, things, notes, and photos stay on that device. A file saved in Settings goes only to the place you choose, such as Files, mail, messages, or another device, and Gogukong does not receive that file. To improve the app and fix errors, it sends how often features are used and error reports to Google Firebase. These records never include bag or thing names, notes, photos, or places, and you can turn them off with Send usage stats in Settings.

2. What we collect

Bags, things, sets, notes, photos, language, color, and the evening alert stay on this device. A file saved in Settings includes names, notes, and photos, and it goes only where you send it. That file is not uploaded.

• Latitude and longitude of where you are, or of a place you pick, when the app shows the weather. Coordinates in Korea go to the Korea Meteorological Administration, and coordinates outside Korea go to WeatherAPI. The app does not save this location.
• The place name you type when you look up where you are going. A name in Korean is sent to Naver Cloud Maps. If that search has no result, or the name is not in Korean, it goes to WeatherAPI. The app does not save this search.
• Usage stats: screens opened, features used and their result (for example, a finished pack check), app version, device model and OS, language, and an ID for this app install. Bag and thing names and notes are not included.
• Error reports: where the app crashed or hit an error, app version, and device model and OS.
• Your email address and message if you write to support.
• An advertising identifier, approximate location, and device information when an ad is shown. Bag names, thing names, notes, and photos are not sent to ads.

3. How long we keep it

App data stays on your device and is removed when you erase it in the app or delete the app. The location used for weather is not kept in the app. Usage stats are kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, and error reports in Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.

4. Third parties

The app may use the services below. What you type into the app is not sent to them.

5. Transfers outside Korea

Latitude, longitude, and a search may be sent to WeatherAPI servers outside Korea to fetch weather outside Korea or to look up a place name that is not in Korean. WeatherAPI may keep that information on servers outside Korea, including in the United States. Usage stats, error reports, and the advertising identifier and device information used for ads are stored on Google servers, including in the United States. Gogukong does not send names, notes, or photos you wrote in a bag. They leave only when you save a file and send it somewhere you choose.

6. How to delete data

In Settings, Start over erases bags, things, sets, and photos on this device. Deleting the app removes them as well. A file you already saved or shared stays where you put it until you delete it there.

7. Children

PrepBag does not offer account signup for children under 14, and Gogukong does not collect children's personal information on its servers.

8. Your rights

Because the data is on your device, you can erase it in the app or by deleting the app. You can stop usage stats and error reports by turning off Send usage stats in Settings. Questions about this notice: support@gogukong.com.
