Terms of service

1. Purpose
These terms set the rights and duties between Gogukong and people who use PrepBag (the service).
2. Effect and changes
These terms apply to everyone who installs or uses the service. Gogukong may revise them without violating applicable law, and will post changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
3. The service
The service provides bags, things, sets, a pack check, a schedule, a before-you-leave check, evening and departure reminders, and the weather here and where you are going. Data stays on your device, and you can use the service without an account. Gogukong may change or stop features when operation or technology requires it.
4. Account
The service does not require an account on Gogukong's servers. If an account or cloud feature is added later, Gogukong may update these terms and the privacy notice, and will say so.
5. Data and files
You are responsible for keeping bags, things, sets, notes, and photos, and for saving or bringing in a file. You also look after any file you save or share in Settings. That file is not uploaded to Gogukong, and Gogukong does not keep or restore it. Gogukong does not guarantee recovery if the device is lost or broken, the app is deleted, or you start over. Bags do not sync between devices on their own.
6. Advertising
The service may include third-party ads such as Google AdMob. Banners appear on Home and the bag list. Full-screen ads may appear after 7 days from install, when you open the app, when you leave a bag after it is fully packed, and after you record a departure. Checking things off one by one is not placed behind an ad. An advertising identifier and similar information may be used to show ads. Details are in the privacy notice. This version has no in-app purchases.
7. Your duties
You follow applicable law and these terms, and you do not use the service for an improper purpose or in an improper way. You do not add names, notes, or photos that infringe someone else's rights, and you do not interfere with the operation of the service.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the service and its software, design, and marks belong to Gogukong or the rightful owner. Rights in bag names, thing names, notes, and photos you add belong to you. That content stays on your device, and Gogukong does not collect it on its servers.
9. Reminders, weather, and the pack check
Evening and departure reminders run on your device. They may not arrive if notification permission is off or the device blocks them. Weather here and where you are going is reference information shown through the Korea Meteorological Administration, WeatherAPI, and Naver Cloud Maps. Gogukong does not guarantee that a forecast is accurate or that what you packed suits that weather. All packed means every listed item is checked. It does not mean Gogukong looked inside the physical bag. You check separately for things that are costly to forget, such as a passport, medicine, or a ticket.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Gogukong is not liable for loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, problems with your device, and failures of third-party services such as ads, weather, maps, and analytics. The service is provided as is. Gogukong does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
11. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the service are brought in the court that has jurisdiction under those laws, including the Civil Procedure Act.
